Other Areas of Focus

Domestic Abuse Recovery: Support for people recovering from intimate partner violence, psychological control, and interpersonal trauma, including rebuilding boundaries, safety, confidence, and identity.

Accountability & Change: Structured support for people committed to taking responsibility, improving emotional control, repairing relationships, and changing harmful patterns.

Sleep: Whether it's adjusting to being home after a swing, the new patterns that come with parenthood, or waking up exhausted after eight hours that should've been enough, sleep is often the first thing to go and the last thing people think to bring up.

Anger: Not the problem itself, usually the visible end of something else, stress, exhaustion, feeling cornered. Working on the anger alone rarely holds. Working on what's underneath it does.

Relationship Stress: The ordinary strain that builds in any relationship under enough pressure, work, money, tiredness, distance. Different from crisis or harm, just the wear that comes from carrying a lot for a long time.

Grief and Loss: Not just death. Also the loss of a role, an identity, a version of life that isn't coming back. Grief that doesn't always look like grief from the outside.
